Document Metadata

We commit to strict service level agreements covering model uptime, inference latency, and continuous pipeline monitoring. Performance metrics are established prior to production deployment.

Compute & Model Training

Client infrastructure provisioning and compute resource allocation must be finalized before initiating custom neural network training. Compute costs are billed transparently under pre-agreed parameters.

Intellectual Property Rights

Compliance Alignments

All custom model weights, proprietary training datasets, and pipeline configurations remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon fulfillment of contractual milestones.

Our model training and data processing pipelines align with global enterprise security frameworks and local Indian data protection acts.

Liability & Maintenance

Liability is limited to fees paid during the trailing twelve-month period. Model maintenance, drift detection, and retraining schedules are governed by dedicated service schedules.
